Prof. (Dr.) SHARAD KUMAR YADAV, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna Earlier, he has held the position of Dean, College of Biotechnology; Director, Cow Research Institute; Registrar; CPO; Professor, Department of Veterinary Microbiology, College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, U.P. Veterinary University (DUVASU), Mathura (U.P.) He has received several awards and recognitions in his illustrious career spanning over three decades. He has held several important positions in administrative and academic capacity in his remarkable career. He has a research experience of about 30 years covering studies on Virus, Bacteria, Fungi, Mycoplasma and Toxoplasma. He has guided 19 post graduate dissertations and 12 Ph.Ds. He has several Research Papers (National/International), Review Articles, Books/Book Chapter, GenBank Submission and Laboratory Manual to his credit. He has headed several projects, extra mural research projects, extension and field outreach activities and organized scientific events of repute. He has served as member of several prominent committees and boards. His special attainments also include Patent, Prototype, Genetic stock, Variety, Process, Concept, Methodology and Innovative Teaching. He is also the member of the General Council of the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD), Chennai.
